- Customer support specialist – your role will be to support our existing customers with using Centre/SIS student information system on a daily basis. You need to be articulate, patient and thorough as well as have a basic knowledge of PHP and SQL. You must be dedicated to impeccable customer service and always be willing to go the extra mile.
- Inside sales specialist – your role will be to sell our Centre/SIS student information system services offering to educational institutions in the United States. You need to be able to cold call to self generate leads as well as follow-up on leads from our marketing campaigns. You must be energetic, articulate, and highly motivated.
All those positions are work-at-home with a very flexible schedule, but high demands of a start-up business.
